Moe Fragrances is a South African house for premium fragrance. This policy explains how we treat personal information when you visit the site, place an order, write to us, or join the list.
We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Account and checkout details may include your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order history. If you write a review or an enquiry, we keep the words you send. If you join the newsletter, we keep your email and when you subscribed.
Payment card details are collected by PayFast. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We use personal information to fulfil orders, confirm delivery, send transactional mail, answer enquiries, moderate reviews, and — with your leave — write about new houses and private drops.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services required to run the house: hosting, database, email, payments, and image delivery.
Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law require. Newsletter addresses remain until you unsubscribe. Enquiry and review records stay while they are needed to serve you and to keep a fair record of the house.
