These terms govern use of moefragrances.com and any order placed with Moe Fragrances. By browsing or buying, you agree to them. If you do not, please leave the site.
We describe each fragrance with care. Notes, performance, and photography are a guide, not a promise of how a scent will wear on you. Stock, prices, and availability may change without notice.
All bottles offered for sale are authentic. If we cannot fulfil an item after payment, we will refund it.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and the order moves beyond pending payment. We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot fulfil, that appears fraudulent, or that fails payment.
Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is confirmed at checkout.
You are responsible for the email and password on your account. Please keep them private. Orders placed on the account are treated as yours.
Reviews must be honest, civil, and tied to a purchase. We may edit for length, decline publication, or remove a review that is unlawful, misleading, or unkind.
To the extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and other South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
