How we pack, send, and deliver across South Africa.
We currently deliver within South Africa. If a destination cannot be served, checkout will say so before you pay.
The delivery fee will be shown at checkout before payment. The house may offer complimentary delivery on selected orders; that offer, when it applies, is shown before payment.
Dispatch is usually within one to three working days of a paid order, subject to stock. Courier times vary by city and town. A tracking number is sent when the parcel leaves the house. Follow it on the tracking page or the courier site.
Bottles are wrapped to travel. Please inspect the parcel on arrival and tell us at once if the outer box is badly damaged.
Please keep your phone near for the courier. If a delivery fails because the address or number was incomplete, extra courier fees may apply on a second attempt.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address on the order, or to the person who signs for the parcel.
